Who Are We

Prescott Group (formerly known as the Halifax Adult Services Centre) an agency that combines the operation of small business enterprises with programs and services for adult clients who are intellectually challenged.

Our clients are provided with a variety of training and job opportunities designed to develop skills and promote independeance. In turn, our customers are provided with a wide range of products and services.

Above all, we provide an environment that fosters dignity, respect and a sense of pride.

Prescott Group is operated by the Halifax Adult Services Society, a non-profit organization with charitable status. The Society receives an annual grant from the Government of Nova Scotia through the Department of Community Services to assist the Society in providing services to clients. The agency's beginnings date back to 1962.
